A father is appealing for assistance after reportedly losing contact with his two children despite a District Court ruling granting him custody.
According to reports, the man has been unable to trace the whereabouts of the children following the court’s decision in his favour, raising concerns about their safety and well-being.
Sources indicate that after the custody judgment was delivered, the father expected the children to be handed over to him in line with the court order. However, efforts to locate them have since proved unsuccessful, leaving him distressed and seeking public and institutional support.
He is said to have made several attempts to enforce the ruling but has so far not been able to establish contact with the children or their current caregiver.
The situation has sparked concern over the enforcement of custody decisions in family-related court cases, particularly where compliance becomes a challenge after judgments are issued.
The father is now calling on relevant authorities, including social welfare and security agencies, to intervene and ensure the court’s directive is enforced so he can safely reunite with his children.
