The Automobile Dealers Union of Ghana (ADUG) has revealed a 15% reduction in vehicle prices, aiming to make car ownership more accessible for Ghanaians.

The union explained that the decision is designed to ease the financial burden on consumers amid rising living costs and to encourage growth in the automotive sector.

Dealerships across the country are expected to implement the new pricing guidelines immediately.
ADUG emphasized, “This price reduction is intended to support buyers and promote easier access to vehicles for all Ghanaians.”

Analysts suggest that the adjustment could stimulate demand in a market that has experienced slowed sales due to economic pressures and fluctuations in currency values.

Car buyers are encouraged to take advantage of the reduced prices while they remain in effect, with the union assuring that dealers will adhere strictly to the recommended reductions to ensure fairness.

Through this initiative, ADUG hopes to enhance affordability, boost consumer confidence, and make vehicle ownership a more realistic option for many Ghanaians navigating challenging economic conditions.
