The Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology has announced Wednesday, 10th December 2025, as the official date for the entrance examination and interviews for admission into the BSc Human Biology (Medicine) and BSc Human Biology (Dentistry) programmes.
In a statement signed by the Deputy Registrar (Academic Affairs), Lucy Diawuo ESQ, the School of Medical Sciences (SMS) and the School of Dentistry, the exercise will begin at 8:00 a.m. at the Lecture Hall Complex within the Boadi Medical Enclave. Applicants will take a 100-question multiple-choice examination covering Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, and Verbal/Quantitative Reasoning.
Eligible applicants include A-Level candidates with an aggregate of 08 or better, IB applicants, WASSCE applicants with aggregate 8 or better for Medicine, and aggregate 12 or better for Dentistry. For WASSCE candidates, aggregates will be calculated from English Language, Integrated Science, Core Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology, and either Physics or Elective Mathematics.

Candidates are required to bring HB pencils, pens, an eraser, a scientific calculator, a national identity card and two passport-sized photographs.
Ms. Diawuo, cautions applicants not to bring mobile phones and wristwatches as they are prohibited, with breaches attracting automatic disqualification. Shortlisted applicants will proceed to an interview and are required to dress formally and submit a completed Interview Application Form on the day.
The entrance examination fee remains GHC 400.00. Payments are to be made to designated GCB Bank accounts for each programme, and applicants must present their pay-in slips at the exam venue.

Accommodation has been arranged at GUSSS Hostels (Brunei) at a fee of GHC 20.00 per night. University authorities cautions applicants against engaging middlemen, stressing that admission is strictly based on merit.
