General Manager of KNUST’s Focus FM and Morning Show Host at Nhyira FM, Nana Kwadwo Jantuah, has been honoured with two major awards at the 5th Floodlights Media Excellence Awards 2025. He won Radio Personality of the Year (Ashanti Region) and the overall Media Personality of the Year, at the event held on Saturday, October 11, 2025, at the CCB Auditorium, KNUST.
The ceremony celebrated outstanding achievements in journalism and broadcasting, bringing together key figures from the media, political, and traditional spaces. A seasoned broadcaster and media trainer, Nana Jantuah has transformed Focus FM into a vibrant training hub for young journalists and communicators over the past two decades.
He also lectures at the Department of Media and Communication, KNUST, and contributes to the University Relations Office (URO). Known for mentoring students to become credible and ethical journalists, his latest recognition adds to a growing list of awards, including the Most Outstanding Journalist and Media Personality of the Year (2021) by the United Clergy International Association.
Nana Jantuah, who holds two master’s degrees and is currently pursuing a PhD in Green HRM, continues to inspire and shape the future of media in Ghana.
